Registration and Conference Fees

Participants are strongly recommended to register as soon as possible using the form below, and to make their payments via bank transfer. The official technical organizer of the conference, PanaComp Agency , will send an e-mail with details about the payment instruction . Exceptionally, the payment will be possible in cash at the registration desk.

The conference fee for participants and accompanying persons is shown below.

The registration fee includes conference proceedings and printed material, organized bus-transportation on the arrival/departure day, welcome party, coffee breaks, and conference dinner.
The organizers will try to provide partial support to students and early stage researchers.

Registration Cancellation Written cancellation should be sent to the conference Technical Organizer. --> Please complete the on-line registration form available on this page. After submitting the form, an ID code will be presented to you. Write this code down and use it to submit papers for the conference. Confirmation e-mail, together wit your ID code will be sent back to an e-mail address specified in the registration form.
In case you require an invitation letter to obtain visa, please write to the organizing committee at: spig2022@ipb.ac.rs
